NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS

Every year we make New Year’s resolutions, but everybody knows that the first week is the most exciting, but the determination and drive fizzles out by the time you have to go back to work and get back into your routine. Our bad habits from the previous year are carried over into the new year and prevent us from reaching our goals whether they are fitness, academic or personal. I believe that procrastination is the enemy and it’s the voice of the little devil on our shoulders telling us that we don’t have time or that we’ll “do it tomorrow.” It’s time to get off the couch because there’s always at least 30 minutes in your day to go to the gym, do your skincare routine or work on yourself in countless other ways. 2020 is the year that we form new healthy habits, stay positive and work towards becoming the best version of ourselves.
